We only collect information you choose to give us. This happens when you:
- Fill in an enquiry form on this website (your name, email address, and message)
- Email or call us directly
- Interact with us in person at an event or collection
We do not run any tracking scripts, advertising cookies, or analytics tools on this website. We have no way of knowing who visits unless you contact us directly.
How we use your information
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on an arrangement we have made together, such as coordinating a textile collection or volunteer activity.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing material, or contact you for any reason unrelated to your original enquiry without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Full stop.
The only exception would be if we were required to by law, which we would take seriously and handle carefully.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our work together. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

- Request a correction if any of it is wrong
